Refund policy
At BRAT.ZIP, we sell digital products and custom-made content. Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be "returned" once received, all customers are expected to read this policy before making a purchase. Clear refund policies are standard practice for digital goods because they cannot be physically returned after delivery.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Premade FiveM Skins
- Custom FiveM Skins
- Premade Tattoos
- Custom Tattoos
- Discord Server Setups
- Graphics
- Digital Files
- Any downloadable or digitally delivered content
Once your files have been delivered or access has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be canceled or refunded once work has begun.
Please make sure all references, names, colors, and details are correct before approving your order.
Refund Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
- You received the wrong file.
- Your download is corrupted or missing essential files.
- We are unable to deliver your purchased product.
If an issue occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Order Changes
Once an order has been completed and delivered, we cannot make free changes unless the mistake was made by BRAT.ZIP.
Additional revisions or edits may require an additional fee.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback after receiving your digital files without first contacting BRAT.ZIP is considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks by providing proof of purchase, delivery records, Discord ticket history, and any communication related to your order.
Before Purchasing
By purchasing from BRAT.ZIP, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed all product descriptions and previews.
- You understand you are purchasing a digital product.
- You agree that all sales are final unless an exception listed above applies.
