BRAT.ZIP Terms of Service (TOS)

By purchasing from BRAT.ZIP, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products

BRAT.ZIP provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Premade FiveM Skins
  • Custom FiveM Skins
  • Premade Tattoos
  • Custom Tattoos
  • Discord Server Setups
  • Graphics & Digital Assets
  • Other downloadable digital products

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is required before any work begins.
  • Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after delivery.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
  • Refunds will only be considered if BRAT.ZIP is unable to deliver your order or if the incorrect files were provided.

4. Delivery

After placing your order:

  • You must open a Discord support ticket within 24 hours and provide your order number.
  • Once your ticket has been verified, you will receive access to your purchased files or the appropriate customer role.
  • Failure to open a ticket within 24 hours may delay your order. If you do not claim your order within a reasonable period, BRAT.ZIP reserves the right to close the order.

5. Custom Orders

For custom work:

  • Please provide accurate references and information.
  • Small revisions may be included at BRAT.ZIP's discretion.
  • Additional revisions or major design changes may require additional payment.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer.

6. License & Usage

Unless otherwise stated:

You may:

  • ✔ Use purchased products on your FiveM server.
  • ✔ Use purchased products for personal or server use.

You may NOT:

  • Sell or redistribute BRAT.ZIP products.
  • Share purchased files with others.
  • Claim BRAT.ZIP work as your own.
  • Leak, upload, or resell any files.
  • Remove branding or ownership information when applicable.

Violation of these terms may result in a permanent blacklist from future purchases.

7. Chargebacks

By purchasing from BRAT.ZIP, you agree not to file a chargeback after receiving your files.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using:

  • Payment records
  • Discord ticket history
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Order information

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently blacklisted.

8. Support

Support is provided through our Discord server.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of your issue
  • Screenshots if applicable

We aim to respond as quickly as possible during business hours.

9. Limitation of Liability

BRAT.ZIP is not responsible for:

  • Incompatibility caused by modified files or third-party edits.
  • Server issues unrelated to our products.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
  • Conflicts with resources created by other developers.

10. Right to Refuse Service

BRAT.ZIP reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to abusive or disrespectful customers.
  • Cancel any order before delivery if necessary.
  • Update pricing, products, or these Terms of Service at any time.

11. Agreement

By completing a purchase from BRAT.ZIP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as our Return & Refund Policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denied support, revoked access to products, or a permanent blacklist from future purchases.
