BRAT.ZIP Shipping Policy

BRAT.ZIP sells digital products only, so no physical shipping is required.

1. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered electronically through one of the following methods:

Discord ticket delivery
Direct download links
File access in Discord roles or channels
Secure digital file transfer

There are no physical shipments, packages, or mail deliveries.

2. Delivery Time

Most premade products are delivered within a few minutes to a few hours after your order is verified.
Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.
Standard turnaround time for customs will be provided at the time of order.

Delays may occur during:

High order volume
Custom request complexity
Missing order information from the customer

3. Order Process

To receive your order:

Complete your purchase
Open a Discord ticket within 24 hours
Provide your order number and details
Receive your files or access once verified

Failure to open a ticket may delay delivery.

4. No Physical Shipping

Because BRAT.ZIP is a digital service:

No shipping carriers are used (no USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
No tracking numbers are issued
No physical items will be mailed

5. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your order:

Check your Discord ticket status
Ensure your payment was completed
Contact support with your order number

We will resolve valid delivery issues as quickly as possible.

6. Responsibility

BRAT.ZIP is not responsible for:

Incorrect Discord usernames provided by the customer
Lost access due to customer error
Failure to open a ticket within the required time
Issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control

7. Agreement

By purchasing from BRAT.ZIP, you acknowledge and agree that:

All products are digital
No physical shipping will occur
Delivery is completed electronically through Discord or download access
You are responsible for opening a ticket to receive your order
